Your Turn To Toss:  Procrastinate and your Sleep Pays The Price

As reported in Men’s Health, new research from Israel connects delaying life’s chores with a 150%-300% increase in insomnia symptoms. Six hundred research subjects were put on the pillow to verify the study’s thesis.  By waiting more — and worrying even more — about what needs doing, a sense of unrest and agitation sets in.  No surprise that sleep becomes difficult, while a super-charged brain now plays the circumstances over and over again.  What’s more, a lack of sleep makes the next day less productive.  And away we go again.  Before getting worked up.
