We’ve been big fans of the fanny pack for most of our fly fishing adventures for the last few years. After testing the Dry Creek Z Sling Pack we may be converted to the sling pack game permanently. With a comfortable fit and easy access to the interior pockets without removing, this pack gets high marks. Not to mention the bag is completely waterproof and submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, so you don’t need to worry about dropping your bag in the water and can stash valuables like your phone and camera in the pack without hesitation. The internal storage pockets keep you organized and the water resistant exterior pocket creates a net holder so you’ve got quick access when you hook into a lunker. A variety of exterior lash points give you plenty of options for customization. On the water this pack is comfortable and functional you’ve got all your essentials within easy access so you aren’t fumbling around on the water. We won’t be fishing without this pack anytime soon.
