The Pinnacle Of Perception: GM Wheels Out Virtual Shopping. Tents Next?

With the challenges of showing more potential car, truck and SUV shoppers their wares, Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen green-lighted the initiative known as “Project Pinnacle.” Not surprisingly, the team here expects outdoor gear companies to take a serious look at putting tents, packs and other larger items into cyberspace sooner rather than later. The ability to explore a car, unfold a tent and load a backpack are obvious applications of the increasingly- affordable experience as the hardware providers jostle for market leadership.
