WATCH: Gillette Olympic commercial “Perfect Isn’t Pretty”

Can you believe the Olympics are only 2 weeks away?!

With the media attention on the Republican and Democratic conventions, it seems like the entire American population has forgot that the Olympics start August 5th. Yet, we think it is a fitting beginning date because, as the country divides itself over the next couple weeks, we will all come together as a nation for the Olympics. That is the core of what is so great about the Olympics. Uniting in sport and spirit whilst cheering for some of the greatest athletes in the world. Maybe along the way we can find the perseverance in ourselves.
 
In an office wide poll, it is clear we are hyped for a range of events. Swimming edged out the most votes, as Michael Phelps looks to push his title of most decorated Olympian of all time. Our next favorite was cycling, followed by beach volleyball and soccer, although everyone agreed sometimes the most exciting sport is the one that surprises you the most.
 
Check out Gillette’s new Olympic commercial below, it is perhaps the best so far. It features Neymar and three other athletes as they fight towards the Olympic games.
